Meridian Signal provides discretionary, invitation-based strategic services, including but not limited to private sessions, structural resolutions, seminars, and institutional engagements.
All services consist of analytical interaction and, where applicable, written deliverables.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Services provide structural analysis and strategic perspective only. No guarantees of financial, personal, institutional, or performance outcomes are made or implied.
Participation does not establish any ongoing advisory, fiduciary, partnership, or employment relationship unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Meridian Signal reserves the right to accept, decline, or discontinue engagement at its discretion.
By completing payment or entering into engagement, the participant acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
PRIVACY POLICY
Meridian Signal collects limited personal information necessary to process payments and deliver services, including name and email address.
Payments are securely processed. Meridian Signal does not store or directly process payment card information.
Personal information is used solely for communication and service delivery purposes and is not sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data.

GOVERNING LAW
